In her series of three books, Anne Fletcher, M.S., R.D. seeks
to prove that people really can lose weight and keep it off
without resorting to gimmicks or fad diets by using tips from
"masters" of weight control.
Fletcher located 160 people who had lost at least 20 pounds
and maintained that loss for at least three years. She calls
these weight loss experts "masters of weight control," and uses
their advice and personal histories to describe 10 keys to weight
management that include developing a positive attitude and learning
how to stop relapses.
